The ATR 72-600 has been selected as the basis of MENA Airline’s planned fleet strategy because its capacity and operating characteristics are well suited to the regional network MENA intends to develop. Aircraft acquisition, deployment and entry into service remain subject to certification, commercial arrangements and applicable regulatory approvals.
Regulatory & Development Status
MENA Airline is currently progressing through its pre-operational development and applicable regulatory processes in Jordan. The company is developing its regulatory, institutional, operational and commercial foundations in preparation for subsequent stages of certification. MENA Airline does not currently hold an Air Operator Certificate or conduct commercial flight operations.

MENA is developing a technology-enabled institutional infrastructure designed to support governance, certification management, investor engagement, knowledge management and future airline operations.
